What is a minute?
A minute is the time from when the AI answers your forwarded call to when the call ends. We round up to the nearest 6 seconds per call. Minutes only count for AI-handled portions — if you take a transferred call, that time isn't billed.
What happens if I go over my minutes?
Overage minutes are billed at $0.4/minute. We'll alert you at 80% and 100% of your included minutes so there are no surprises.
Do I have to change my phone number?
No! You keep your existing business phone number. Your customers call you like they always have — calls just forward to your AI receptionist when you want them to.
What are the coverage modes?
Missed Calls Only (AI catches calls you miss), After Hours + Overflow (AI handles after-hours calls and rings you first during business hours), and Full Front Desk (AI answers every call and transfers when needed).
